Webility — Agency Capabilities Deck

Document ID: WBL-PROP-CAP-v1.0 Version: 1.0 Last Updated: [DATE] Prepared for: [CLIENT NAME / GENERAL DISTRIBUTION]

This document is a narrative capabilities reference for use in sales conversations, RFP responses, and prospect meetings. It is not a proposal or contract. Specific pricing, timelines, and terms are defined in the applicable proposal and contractual documents.

Who We Are

Webility is a full-service digital agency helping businesses build, grow, and automate their digital presence. We specialize in web design, brand identity, AI-powered automation, and ongoing digital maintenance — for companies that expect more than a vendor: they want a strategic partner.

We work with a limited client roster at a time. That is a deliberate choice. Our clients get our full attention — not a 12-minute weekly check-in and a junior account rep.

Headquarters: [City, Country] Founded: [Year] Team size: [X] full-time + [X] specialist network Languages served: English, French + [others] Regions served: Canada, United States, European Union, United Kingdom + [others]

What We Do

1. Web Design & Development

We design and build digital experiences that convert — not just look good. Every project starts with strategy and ends with a site your team can manage.

What we deliver:

  • Discovery and strategy (audience, user journey, competitive positioning)
  • UX wireframing and information architecture
  • Custom visual design and responsive UI
  • Front-end development (Next.js, React, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • CMS integration and content training
  • Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse targets)
  • Analytics setup and conversion tracking
  • Accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Post-launch maintenance and care plans

Platforms we work with: Next.js / React, WordPress (custom builds + page builders), Shopify, Webflow, Sanity, Contentful, WooCommerce

We do not use: Page-builder templates re-sold as "custom design." Every site we build is designed from scratch for your brand and audience.

2. Brand Identity

Brand is the foundation everything else is built on. We create visual identities that are strategic, consistent, and built to work across every touchpoint — digital, print, and beyond.

What we deliver:

  • Brand strategy and positioning workshop
  • Logo design (primary + variants) with full rationale
  • Color system with accessibility contrast mapping
  • Typography hierarchy
  • Iconography and illustration direction
  • Brand usage guidelines (print + digital)
  • Business card, letterhead, and core collateral
  • Social media brand kit
  • Presentation templates (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote)

Our brand process has three gates: Strategy → Identity → System. No visual work begins until the strategy is approved in writing. This prevents the most expensive problem in branding: designing without direction.

3. AI Business Automation

Most companies have processes that run on spreadsheets, manual copy-paste, and Slack messages. We build systems that automate them — connecting your tools, eliminating repetitive tasks, and surfacing the right information at the right time.

What we deliver:

  • Process audit and automation opportunity mapping
  • Workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier — platform-agnostic)
  • AI agent development (Claude / GPT-4 / Gemini + custom orchestration)
  • CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Lead qualification and routing automation
  • Document generation and processing (contracts, invoices, reports)
  • Internal knowledge base and AI assistant builds
  • Data extraction and enrichment pipelines
  • Custom API integrations
  • Ongoing monitoring and optimization retainers

Our AI automation approach: We design for Human-in-the-Loop. AI handles volume and pattern recognition; humans handle judgment and exceptions. Every system we build includes override mechanisms, error handling, and audit trails. We don't build black boxes.

4. Website Maintenance

Your website is infrastructure, not a one-time project. We offer structured maintenance plans that keep it fast, secure, updated, and supported — so your team can focus on the business, not the website.

What our maintenance plans cover:

  • CMS core and plugin/theme updates (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
  • Security monitoring and malware scanning
  • Daily automated backups with offsite storage
  • Performance monitoring and optimization
  • Content updates (hours included by plan)
  • Technical support and bug fixes (P1–P4 SLA tiers)
  • Uptime monitoring with alert escalation
  • Monthly reporting

Plans available: Starter | Professional | Business | Enterprise (See current pricing sheet WBL-FIN-PS-v1.0)

5. Managed Hosting

We offer fully managed hosting for clients who want a single point of accountability — no separate hosting relationship to manage.

Infrastructure:

  • SSD cloud hosting (Canadian, US, EU, and UK regions available)
  • Daily automated backups (30–365 day retention by plan)
  • Free SSL (TLS 1.2+ enforced)
  • CDN (Business and Enterprise plans)
  • DDoS protection (tiered by plan)
  • Server OS and security patching
  • 99.5%–99.99% uptime SLA (by plan)

Data residency: Hosting region is client-selected at onboarding. Webility confirms the region matches the client's applicable privacy law obligations (GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.).

How We Work

The Phase-Gate Methodology

Every project at Webility follows a structured phase-gate model:

Discovery → Design → Build → QA → Launch → Post-Launch
    │ │ │ │ │
  Written Written Milestone UAT Final
  approval approval reviews sign-off payment

Why phase gates? They protect you: no budget or timeline surprises accumulate in the dark. They protect us: work doesn't compound on an unapproved direction. They create a single written record of every decision.

Our Feedback Protocol

We ask for consolidated written feedback within 5 business days of each submission. That means one document, one submitter, all stakeholders' input reconciled. The most expensive thing in creative services is fragmented, contradictory feedback delivered in pieces.

Our Communication Standard

  • Weekly written status update (no meeting required unless you want one)
  • Written meeting notes within 24 hours of every call
  • Deliverables submitted with a review note explaining decisions, flagging questions, and noting next steps
  • We tell you about problems early. Not after they become crises.

Change Orders

Any work beyond the agreed scope is presented as a written Change Order before we do it. We never start out-of-scope work based on a verbal conversation, an email, or "let's just quickly..." requests.

Our Clients

We work with:

  • SMB (10–200 employees): Companies ready to invest in a serious digital presence and stop rebuilding their website every two years
  • Mid-market and enterprise (200–5,000 employees): Organizations with complexity — multi-market, multilingual, regulatory requirements, multiple stakeholders, integration requirements
  • Industries: Professional services, technology, healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, finance, education, non-profit

Geographic reach: Canada (English and French-market), United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and additional markets via partner network.
